Aimeé Mandeville
Research Associate

Aimée started in the Environmental Data Center as a Research Associate in 1996. She has a M.S. in Landscape Ecology and a B.S. in Environmental Management from the University of Rhode Island. During this time, she has worked on a number of projects including, creating the Town of Narragansett’s GIS parcel database. She has worked on projects as a member of the Field Technical Support Center with the National Park Service. She most recently completed GIS work with the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Narragansett Bay Estuary Program creating a coastal wetland habitat inventory, identifying potential wetland restoration sites and performing a trends analysis for Narragansett Bay. Aimée is an ESRI Authorized Instructor for ArcGIS and offers training throughout the year for municipal officials, state and federal organizations and the private sector. Currently, she is the webmaster for the National and Northeast States & Caribbean Islands Water Program websites.
