Impacts:  There appears to be no cover of invasive plants at this site. <15% of adjacent upland areas within 500' of marsh consists of impervious surfaces. <5% of upland/marsh perimeter consists of man-made shoreline armoring. An unmanaged vegetative buffer zone occurs along >76% of the upland marsh perimeter. Discharge results from beach washovers (reported STB 1996)
