Impacts: There is moderate ditching in the northwest portion of the marsh. All ditches are connected to a main creek and seem to be filling in. There is stone and gravel fill from the parking lot which separates the northern portion of the marsh from the remainder of it. The northern portion of the marsh has the highest percentage of Phragmites invasion. There are several tidal restrictions. Two are roads, with drainage culverts and the third is the parking lot.
