Dr. Husband conducts both basic and applied research on a wide variety of topics. Prominent are: wildlife use of wetland buffers and forest edges; effects of mute swan herbivory; population ecology, behavior, and genetics of the endangered Cretan wild goat; conservation genetics of cottontail rabbits; population ecology of dragonflies; habitat use of deer as determined by GPS tracking; and faunal inventory of the Brazilian Atlantic forest.
