<PRE ID="original">This data set shows the areas that are effected by the tax  ditches in Worcester and Wicomico Counties. Public Drainage Associations in Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester county, Maryland. In the Summer and Fall of 2004 the ESRGC assisted the Maryland Department of Agriculture in digitizing and annotating tax ditches and public drainage associations in selected areas on the Lower Eastern Shore. Since 2004 the ESRGC and MD Dept. of Agriculture have completed the Lower Shore and Caroline County. A comprehensive digital representation of Caroline County Tax Ditches and PDAs will be available December 2006. Tax ditches and PDA boundaries from the Wicomico, Manokin, Nanticoke, Pocomoke, Choptank, and Coastal Bays watersheds are available for free download.
