These map services are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 United States License (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/us).

Rhode Island Digital Atlas map services are not the products of a Professional Land Survey. They were created for general reference, informational, planning, and guidance use, and are not a legally authoritative source as to the location of natural or manmade features. Proper interpretation of these map services may require the assistance of appropriate professional services.

The University of Rhode Island Environmental Data Center, RIGIS, nor any of its partners make any warranty, express or implied, related to the spatial or attribute accuracy, reliability, completeness, currentness, or availability of these map services. The University of Rhode Island Environmental Data Center reserves the right to pause, modify, and discontinue any Rhode Island Digital Atlas map service at any time without notice to the user.
